Our Lady's Missionaries

Our Lady’s Missionaries is a Religious Congregation of women who devoted their lives to service by sharing with the poor and least privileged. The congregation was founded in Alexandria, Ontario in 1949. The first mission was opened in 1956 in Japan, followed the next year with a mission in Nigeria, and then to various countries including: Mexico, Philippines, Brazil, Guyana and many others.

The remaining 21 Sisters now live together in community with other Religious and lay persons at Presentation Manor for Seniors and at Providence Health Care in Toronto, Ontario.  Those who are able, continue their ministries closer to home.
